Gnarly Marmalade is an ethics first, Brighton based events company and promoter run by Luke Miller putting on music, film and arts events within the city. It hosts everything from jazz to hardcore to electronic events as well as charity film screenings and acoustic pub takeovers

No One Turned Away For Lack Of Funds

ALL Gnarly Marmalade shows operate this policy. If you can't afford a ticket you can contact me either via Instagram DM or my contact form on the site. Alternatively you can notify myself or whoever is working the door at my event. No one will be turned away for simply not affording. We can work out labour trades or skills swaps or simply a reduced ticket price. My events are budgeted not for profit. The ticket cost is the fees needed to pay artists fairly and hire the venue. This is offset by the fact that you will never see a traditional guestlist at my events.
